Her company is a full-service hair replacement provider. She services women, children and men who suffer from hair loss due to various issues and circumstances ranging from alopecia, chemotherapy, and chemical processing to burn victims, people with lupus, thyroid deficiency, and other life changing health issues.

Gail Bernardo is the owner of Invisilace Hair Spa, where she specializes in non-surgical full hair replacement services in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Gail began wearing wigs after she was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma a cancer of the plasma cells in the bone marrow. It caused lack of energy and hair loss, something she had treated others for years but hadn’t experienced herself. She received her natural hair license in 2012. Gail says here personal struggle with hair loss has helped her understand how to be an advocate for her clients.
She names her family, clients, and friends as her biggest supporters, especially when she was going through her stem cell transplant. She shares that hair loss is a sensitive thing. People often feel shame and don’t want to share their hair loss story.
Throughout her career she has mentored others in the field and continues to attend workshops, classes, and events to stay current on the latest technology in the lace wig industry. She also remains to be a diverse businesswoman and serves as a licensed hair distributor for barber shops and salons in the Raleigh area.
While the future continues to look very bright for Gail and Invisilace Hair Spa, she remains grounded and humbled at what God has continued to allow her to do.
